The introduction of ISO 9001:2008 and EN15038:2006 standards has become crucial for a successful and regulated business and for progress in the field of translation services. Therefore, it is with great pride and satisfaction that in December 2010, Proverbum received the EN15038 certificate of translation standard and the ISO 9001 certificate of quality management.

The purpose of the EN15038 standard is to identify and define the requirements for providing high quality translation services. The standard encompasses the essence of the translation process including quality assurance, conformity assessment, and certification. It is intended to provide a description and definition of the overall service and provide a set of procedures and requirements to meet the needs of the translation services market.

ISO 9001 is based on eight management principles:

By satisfying the principles of both standards, Proverbum has received official confirmation of its ability to manage quality and provide translation services for the Serbian language.
